Purchasing a piece of paradise…

In the spring of 2022, we were fortunate to have purchased the property that the town of Huntsville had been using for the past handful of decades. David, owner of the Imagine Life Real Estate brokerage, also owns and operates an award-winning music school called Imagine Music. Imagine Music has been utilizing Old Town Hall during the week, Mondays-Thursdays…and then one fortuitous day, David’s preferred lender, Trevor, mentioned he has looking for a wedding venue for he and his fiancé in the Ogden Valley, preferably Huntsville. David said why not use our new property…it would be perfect for a summer wedding, with a stand of shady pines to keep the outdoor even cool, and a beautiful Forest Service like lodge with 2,100 indoor sqft to utilize as well. The lovebirds decided to give it a try, and eureka! It was an absolutely perfect venue for their wedding…beyond expectations!
And the rest is history
As the old saying goes…Old Town Hall Huntsville Weddings & Events was born. Our unique and beautiful property now serves local families Mondays-Thursdays via our boutique music school, while on Friday, Saturdays & Sundays, the space transforms into one of the Ogden Valley’s favorite wedding and event venues. Perfecto!
The biggest value we bring to our customers, aside from the special nature of the property, and proximity to a cornucopia of mountain valley adventures, is our price point. For years, so many of our family and friends would comment on how much they’d LOVE to have their wedding in Huntsville, Utah…and just couldn’t afford the rates. This drove us to give serious thought to how we could keep our rates more affordable. Hence our mantra: - Rustic. Exquisite. Affordable.
